WOW, I have a lot of catching up to do. I apologize for those of you who actually read my blog for the lack of posts. Fall is coming up and I actually have a few recipes to post too. It's going to be fun :) An Indian summer is a period of unseasonably warm weather during September to November, so that is what I call really hot days in Fall! September is also my birthday month, so I am a Fall baby! This year our weather has been very weird. One day it is freezing and I need to pull out my winter coat...the next it is literally so blazing hot I want to jump in a bucket of ice water. haha Today's post is an ode to the hot days in fall we tend to love so much.
